visualControls: Enable & disable third-party control panel applets of Microsoft Windows

visualControls is a tiny Windows application that allows you to hide third-party control panel applets easily.

Requires Microsoft .NET Framework (minimum: 2.0).
Works with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
